    SEAWEED TYPE
    • Seaweed Type = Gracilaria sp
    • Taken from Pantura
    • Seaweed Habitat = Polyculture Pond with Milkfish & Shrimp
    • Harvesting time : Every 45 days → 6 Ton/Delivery

    Production Capacity
    • Feed = 4-6 Ton of dry Gracilaria sp
    • Yield = 10% → Solid Waste = 3-4 ton/production process
    • Processing time: ± 3 days
    • Liquid Waste = Direct Discharge | Solid Waste = Landfill → Wash → Discharge

    • Use coal-boiler for generating heat stream (extraction & drying)
    • Solid Waste → washed → direct discharge to river
    • Fish in the river have bigger size after consuming the solid
    waste
    • Liquid waste → working with BRIN as fertilizer → direct
    discharge to river

    • Several ideas : Bricks, Animal Feed, vermicomposting media

    • Yes → support by providing the waste for research.
    • Expectation:
    • Waste can be produced into valuable product → acceptable by
    market
    • Production process/waste treatment process should be simple
    • Waste Treatment process is following sustainability practice →
    avoid odor

    Personal Opinions
    • Can be approached as research partner, however, need to check
    rather the company can consistently doing their producing
    • The factory look untidy and not well maintained, looks like
    pandemic hit them hard
