Competences: 1. making sentences using the correct form of have/has got; 2. writing questions and short answers; 3. answering questions about their family, using ’s Genitive; 4. filling in the blanks in order to describe images; 5. having conversation about their personal objects. Classroom organisation: pairwork, individual work. Methods: conversation, practising, systemahtical observation. Material: students’ book, activity book, workpapers. PROCEDURE
1. Warming-up: -greeting, casual conversation.
2.Revising the knowledge recently acquired:
-checking homework (writing sentences about personal objects using have/has got); Writing Activity -writing sentences using the correct grammatical structure (have/has got, haven’t/hasn’t got)- work paper 1; -answering the questions with yes or no, according to the image- work paper 2; 3. Introducing the new lesson: - writing sentences about Ss’ personal objects; Rebeca’s pencil-box is pink. Amil’s school-bag is black. - announcing the aim and the objectives of the lesson. 4.Teaching the new lesson: -filling in the sentences according to the images- work paper 3; -answering questions and writing sentences about their family relationship, using ’s Genitive: My mother’s/father’s/sister’s/brother’s name is......................... 3.Issuing the homework: -writing about their families using ’s Genitive; 5. Ending the lesson -teacher evaluates & praises the Ss’ activity; -Ss are dismissed.
