Task 4:

1. To manage the chances of the filtrate contained material derived from moss and researcher desire
to make sure that the control and experimental microcosms were only because of the presence of
living cells. They were sure of that the water in experimental and control microcosm was the same,
except for the presence of living moss cells, they did this by putting more filtrate to the control
microcosms.

magnesium, and potassium in the experimental microcosms which contained living moss.
