SUBJECT: 2ND REMINDER: CLEARANCE FOR SEPT-DEC 2023 SEMESTER EXAMINATIONS

You are hereby reminded that the September-December 2023 end of Semester examinations
will be administered as follows:
i. Diploma/Certificate: Monday, 27th November - Friday, 8th December 2023; and
ii. Bachelors/Postgraduate: Monday, 11th December - Friday, 22nd December 2023.

Kindly take note of the following information:

a. It is only students who have registered, cleared fees, evaluated lecturers and printed
examination cards who shall be allowed to sit for the examinations;
b. There shall be NO registration and/or clearance of students upon commencement
of examinations;
c. Guidance on evaluating lecturers shall be shared with you by the Director, DAQA;
d. Pre-printed examination attendance registers bearing students' details (name,
registration number, examination card serial number, and a QR code) shall be used.
Students will be required to sign the attendance register and indicate the examination
booklet serial number. Please note that manual addition of names on the examination
attendance register shall be treated as an examination irregularity; and
e. You are reminded to refer to the examination rules and regulations that were shared with
you to familiarize with examination regulations. Every student has a soft copy of these
regulations. Kindly note that involvement in any form of examination irregularity shall
lead to severe penalties as prescribed in the examination’s handbook.
