Architects, Experienced in the field of Architectural planning, Structural Designing, Building Construction and Interior works
including building services, developmental works and roads etc for Residential as well as Commercial buildings.
Our Top management has over 20 years’ of experience in the area of building construction, Structural
designing, Estimation, Budgeting, Structural Repairs & Retrofitting, Interior Works etc.

MEACL is being Managed by the same management which is driving its sister concerns namely “SDEC India Pvt Limited” and
“SD Infra” in India, operating in Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan and North & North West India, Maharashtra, UP etc.: “ right from
concept to planning and Construction works for commercial & Residential & Industrial building including Interior Works
besides Retrofitting & Rehabilitation of buildings.”

recruitment, vendor management, rate negotiation & finalization and monitoring of vendor and
Manpower performance. Liaise with external partners, like vendors, and ensure legal compliance.
The flexibility and willingness to learn, enjoy working with people. Excellent interpersonal and
customer-facing skills, Strong communication skills. Familiarity with business softwares such as
Microsoft Office, Strong administration skills. Well knowledge of purchasing & maintaining
machinery, equipment & fix assets with preventive maintenance. Responsible for arranging all
logistics and necessary arrangements for holding special events. Logistic arrangements for visitors
on Business trips and locally ongoing & Future projects. Support company's operations in UAE &

knowledge of technology applications and an extremely committed approach in
understanding the unique needs of international clients and orienting / guiding the
team in delivery. He is a founding member of SDEC India Pvt Ltd & SD Infra
Developers.

Power Plant, Water Treatment Plant, Deep knowledge of Estimating Costing and
Designing with Surveying.
