1 Core drilling Machin

2 Saw cutting machine (Grinder)

3 Concrete breaking jack hammer (max 7kg weight)

4 Trolleys for shifting debris and cleaning

Marking cutting lines on wall (both side) as per approved

Main contractor is responsible of marking opening location.

Installation of laminates as per manufacturer’s recommendation

Min. 24 Hours after install laminates, carefully cut door opening

by sawcut.

Providing 4’’cores at corners at all doors corner to avoid
overcutting.

4 Using saw cut machine (Grinder) to cut 3 sides of opening.

Carefully Start to break concrete by demolition hammers,

keeping sufficient overlap between laminates and cutting line.

6 Cut steel reinforcement above concrete slab surface by Grinder.

7 Remove all debris and clean area.
