    Unemployment rates in cities are alarmingly high for a few reasons. Some older employees struggle with new technologies like computers and email. Using online communication allows companies to reach more customers worldwide, increasing sales and profits. While digital libraries are convenient, information from some sources may be unreliable since Wikipedia can be edited by anyone. Traditional libraries are more reliable since materials cannot be edited. Studying abroad provides opportunities but also financial pressures and living challenges as students must be independent. It can negatively impact their mental health and studies. However, an overseas degree from a prestigious university can lead to better career prospects and higher pay.

    1. (WHY) Moreover, unemployment rates in the city are alarmingly high.


    => The reason is that the society is increasingly developing, which makes job
    requirements more and more difficult and complex.
    => The reason is that more and more people move from rural areas to big
    cities to find a well-paid job, which means the number of residents seeking a
    profession surpasses the needs for employment.

    2. (EXAMPLE) First and foremost, some employees may find it difficult to


    make use of the latest technologies.
    => To illustrate, some older employees find it difficult to use computers to
    share tasks through email.
    => For example, due to the practice of their work, some employees do not have
    much time to learn and research about technologies so there might be some
    difficulties for them when using these devices.

    3. (CONSEQUENCE) In addition, online communication in the workplace


    can help a firm reach more customers. For example, a company based in
    Hanoi can do business with and provide prompt support for clients in
    America or Japan.
    => As a result, the company earns more money thanks to a larger customer base
    from many parts of the world.
    => As a consequence, thanks to a larger customer base, the company can get in
    contact with and do business with many clients from different parts of the world,
    which might help them to have better revenue/turnover/profit (lợi nhuận/doanh
    thu).

    4. (COMPARE) The first disadvantage of digital libraries is that


    information from some sources is not reliable. For instance, content on
    Wikipedia, which is one of the most visited websites, can be edited by
    anyone, which means information on this site is likely to be distorted (bóp
    méo/méo mó/dị dạng) to mislead (dắt mũi/làm hiểu sai/dẫn dắt sai lệch)
    users.
    => By contrast, traditional libraries are reliable because the materials and books
    cannot be edited.
    => By contrast, traditional libraries can be regarded as a more reliable source of
    getting information due to the fact that the materials in the libraries usually go
    through a strict process of verification(sự kiểm định/kiểm duyệt).
