Navitas UP Commission Payment Schedule 2024
United Arab Emirates* Semester 1 - payment within 30 days (post census) of receiving invoice
Semester 2 – payment within 30 days (post census) of receiving invoice
Semester 3 – payment within 30 days (post census) of receiving invoice
Semester 1 - week commencing 26 February
Canada Semester 2 – week commencing 17 June
Semester 3 – week commencing 21 October
Please Note:
The above schedule applies to commission for pathway programs only. For details on English programs and follow-on commission please
contact the relevant Navitas colleges directly.
Delays in receiving payment may occur when the recipient’s bank takes longer than expected to clear the funds from Navitas. This is
beyond our control. Delays in receiving payment may occur when incorrect or incomplete bank details (including intermediary bank details)
are provided to Navitas. It is the responsibility of the agent to ensure Navitas has up to date bank details. Delays in receiving payment may
occur when the recipient’s bank does not accept the payment currency in which Navitas is transacting in.
Navitas is not responsible for any bank fees deduction imposed by the recipient’s bank.
*A Tax Invoice must be submitted to claim commission for Curtin Singapore and Murdoch University Dubai. Navitas will process payment
of commission within 30 days (post census date) of receiving invoices.
#A Tax Invoice must be submitted to claim commission from the University of Canberra College. Navitas will process payment of
commission within 45 days (post census date) of receiving invoices.
** Tax only invoices for the UK, Germany, Netherlands, and France must be submitted to commission.uk@navitas.com following the relevant
semester and will be paid within 30 days. (This is relevant only if your agency is VAT registered and wish to claim VAT).
^ Group 1 colleges: Curtin College, Deakin College, ECC, Eynesbury, La Trobe College Australia, La Trobe University Sydney Campus and
SAIBT.
^^ Group 2 colleges: SIBT, Griffith College, La Trobe University Sydney Campus (Degree), Curtin College (Diploma Stage 2 – Health
Science, Engineering, and IT) and ECC (PQP).
~Commission for Diploma in Information & Communications Technology, Diploma of Information & Communications Technology
Accelerated, Diploma in Business, Diploma in Business Accelerated, Diploma in Arts, Standard Foundation Studies programs, and Extended
Foundation Studies programs will be paid by Navitas Pty Limited. Commission for all other programs including Diploma in Engineering, and
Diploma in Engineering Accelerated will be paid by Western Sydney University via an invoice from the agent to Western Sydney University.
Payments made by Western Sydney University is in accordance with their Accounts Payable policies and timelines, thus is beyond the
control of WSUIC or Navitas Pty Limited.
^^^Agents must have a signed the BCTI (Buyer Created Tax Invoice) agreement with UCIC to have their commission paid without an
invoice. You may choose not to set up a BCTI however this may result in delays in receiving commission payment whilst we process an
