We are so pleased to provide a detailed quotation of our products highlighted below which all conform with the Saudi Arabian
standards organization saso and the American standards testing methods astm, along with internationally recognized iso
9001:2000 and environmental management iso 14001 certificates.

Terms and conditions:

1-Payment: Advance payment by bank transfer, Payment shall be made according to total order prior to processing of
order. or as per agreed Credit terms
We reserve the unconditional right to interrupt supply in case of unjustified payment delays beyond agreed credit
terms.
2- Packing: White - All Decorative Products will be supplied as per the packing sizes mentioned in Technical Data (Ex.
18L & 25Kg).
Colors - Paints will be supplied in bases of 16.2 liters tinted from Multicolor machine and the price would remain same
as 18 Liters to accommodate the cost of colorant and tinting.
The above quotation is applicable only for white colors. An additional surcharge is levied on dark dispensed colors.
3- Material Info: It is the Contractor’s responsibility to provide the correct Item Descriptions, Color Codes and the
quantity of the materials required. Jazeera Paints will not accept any responsibility for such errors.
4- Order Quantity: The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for special products to be followed, Jazeera’s salesperson will
update you on MOQ for such products.
5- Delivery: Free delivery will be provided for a minimum quantity of 100 drums within the city of the Jazeera’s
warehouse location, if provided full truck load it will be delivered to your project site.
Material/Goods incorrectly ordered (either as to typo or as to quantity) by the customer will NOT be accepted for
return by Jazeera unless prior approval to such return has been given by Jazeera, such approval to be given at the sole
discretion of Jazeera Paints and, if given, may be subject to a payment by the customer to cover Jazeera’s
administration and transportation cost.
If incase inappropriate material supplied by the supplier, customer must return wrongly supplied material within 7
days from the delivery date‫ز‬
6- Delivery time: 4-5 working days for primers & fillers and 12 working days for Colors from the receipt of your
confirmed P.O.
Our indicated delivery period represents its best estimate and is based on current schedule and workload. Jazeera
Paints shall have no liability for delay, or any damages or losses sustained by customer as result of such estimate not
being met. Partial deliveries shall be permitted.

7- Validity: Our offer is valid 30 days for your acceptance in writing. Our prices will be valid for 90 days from the date
of quotation for supply. Jazeera Paints reserve the right to revise the offer after 90 days period based on significant
changes in raw material prices.
8- Liability: Instructions for use, technical data and expert advice are given to the best of the Manufacturer’s
knowledge and the Manufacturer cannot be held responsible for damages or expenses arising from the use or storage
etc. of the goods. The Manufacturer’s products are intended for use only by professional users, with the required skills,
know-how and equipment to perform paint work in accordance with manufacturer recommendations.
