DEAR BELOVED MOTHER

How are you? I hope you're okay. Through this letter, I want to inform you
that I arrived safe and sound in Mataram

I'm sorry for not telling you so soon. You don't have to worry about me
because I'm fine here. I've met lots of nice people here and made some friends
with them. I can adapt easily with their help. One of them even offered me a
free place to stay.

Mom, now you live there alone, I hope you are not lonely. I will often send you
letters so that you are not lonely. I miss you and love you forever.
