Session Title: The Value of Friendship

Valuing/Wrap-up Materials Needed:

Instructions:

Quick Reflection (1 minute):


Ask students to take a moment and think about a specific
friend they appreciate. It could be someone they know well
or someone they've recently connected with.

Speed Appreciation (3 minutes):


Give each participant a few sticky notes or small pieces of
paper.

Set a timer for 3 minutes.


In those 3 minutes, challenge the students to write quick
notes of appreciation to their chosen friend. Each note
should highlight something they value or love about that
friend.

Sharing (3 minute):
Invite the students to share one or two of their appreciation
notes with the group.

friends outside of the activity to spread positivity.”
