1. communication from chair
 Delayed release of year results
 They were done in June 2023
 We pay the highest amount of tuition
 Other faculties have already received their results
 We need to come up with means of getting results before hand
2. reaction to the communication and way forward
 let all the ways we plan be peaceful (Bukenya Jonathan)
 demand a meeting between the concerned parties HOD, Dean and academic registrar
through writing.
 let’s use social media including tweeter, Facebook WhatsApp and others.
 we should have these solutions run simultaneously
 we should have a meeting with the leaders of opposition eg Joel Ssenyonyi, Semujju
Nganda etc
3. Assignment of responsibilities
 Ssebanakita Paul and jay were assigned a responsibility of leading the social media part of
it all, always creating and looking for links for all of us to like, comment, tagging etc.
 Bwete Toney, Ssali David and Bukenya Jonathan were tasked to draft letter asking for a
meeting with the university Management as well as the members of parliament.
