RATIONALE
Due to the significant amount of time spent
on electronic devices, unhealthy dietary
habits, irregular sleep patterns, and poor
eye care practices, our group has developed
an action plan aimed at promoting eye health
among young students.
The goal is to enhance their vision and
mitigate the risk of eye diseases.
PRIORITY 1
Initial Assessment and Planning

Conduct research and gather data on the current state of eye


health in students.
Identify key stakeholders including healthcare professionals,
school heads, and community leaders.
Formulate objectives and strategies for improving eye health
outcomes.
