customer considering the end use of the pipe. The
required coating is carried out using the latest
technology by two component airless machine with
heating process and pipe rotation system with coating
plant setup at on site.

Coal Tar Epoxy Coating
The coal tar epoxy cngoatis are excellently resistant towards
alkaline attack and are used on structural steel and other
structural materials, which is highly corrosive in nature.
Coal tar epoxy is a two component, coal tar epoxy protective
coating for steel and concrete surfaces having excellent
corrosion / chemical / abrasion / scratch resistance through
100-1000 micron coating in single coat with multiple passes.
It conforms to AWWA C-210, SSPC Paint 16 and Corp of
Engineers C200 / C200a.

Glass Flake Coating
We offer different grades of these special coating systems
which provide tortuous part in order to protect the substrate
from attack of corrosive environment. All these speciality
coating systems designed by paint manufacturer with 100%
solids which means absence of volatile substances, so that
the deposited coating remains during the curing process.
Glass flake Reinforced systems in which laminar glass flake
fillers are embedded in solvent free matrix of epoxy resin,
this high performance epoxy coating systems are
recommended for enhanced protection to metal and
concrete against erosion, corrosion and attack of chemicals.
Its extremely low permeability with relatively high abrasion
and chemicals resistance helps to protect various industrial
equipments like pumps, pipes, tanks vessels & structures etc.

CML COATING:(Cement mortar Lining)
Internal pipeline
vThe Cement Mortar Lining or CML is a coa ng process
on inside surface of pipe that allows the rehabilita on of
metal pipes (steel and cast iron) elimina ng the rust
internal and internally preserving the tube from future
phenomena corrosive thanks to the realiza on of a
coa ng in cement mortar of controlled thickness on the
surface inside of the pipe to be rehabilitated.
vCement Mortar Lining is done on inside surface of pipe,
and is commonly used for water distribu on. Coa ng
done as per IS-3589, IS-1916-1989, AWWA-C-205 &
C 602 or as per Custom-specified mix.
vThe mix is centrifugally applied to straight pipe 20
through 64 inch in diameter and from 6 to 12.2 meter in
length using our custom designed state of the art
equipment.

GUNITING COATING:
External pipeline coating
vA form of shotcrete in which a dry cementa ons mixture
is blown through a hose to the nozzle, with water injected
only at the point of applica on.
vMixed mortar is directed under pressure against the steel
surface of the pipe while wire reinforcement is placed
throughout the pipe surface as per customer's specifica on
to add strength. Once completed, water is sprayed as per
the curing procedure and customer specifica on for
guaranteed strength and protec on.
vGuni ng is done on outside surface of pipe, and is
commonly used for water distribu on. Coa ng done as
per IS, AWWA or/and as per Customer Specifica on.
vThe Guni ng mix is Spray applied to straight pipe 15
through 120 inch in diameter and from 6 to 12.2 meter
in length.

FRP Coating
v Internal & External FRP Tank Coatings & Linings (Fibreglass Reinforced Plastics), is a superior coating and lining system
formed by thermosetting resins and fiber glass to raise durability and safety by lining inside of piping systems chemical
storage tanks, cooling towers, and other types of industrial process equipment.
v FRP Lining is resin lining to raise durability and safety by lining inside of concrete tank with FRP (Fiber glass Reinforced Plastics).
It provides strength and is not affected by structural cracks which occur on the concrete tank. After completion of FRP lining,
concrete tank will have the same structure as FRP tank is installed to the inside.
v Material is room temperature-curing type and applicable for on-site lining and large-sized tank.
