be deducted under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of Section 153 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 on
supply of goods manufactured by M/s. TOP LINK PACKAGING (PRIVATE) LIMITED NTN 4016911, as the tax
deductible u/s 153(1)(a) is adjustable in case of taxpayer company being a manufacturer.

This exemption certificate is valid upto the date mentioned above unless cancelled or revoked earlier.

Tax already deducted before issuance of this certificate is to be deposited in the Federal Government
treasury and is not to be refunded.
