स्किल्स थी कम्प्यूटर्स में. तो हमें लगा की दोनों चीजें बहुत अच्छी मैच कर रही हैं और राहुल को ये चांस जरूर देना चाहिए। तो ये सोचकर हम
लोगो ने आपस में बात की और फिर राहुल से बात की और आज राहुल बहुत Happily हमारे ऑफिस में बड़े अच्छे से Settled है

Father: It was really a professional decision to take Rahul into our company. already looking
for somebody who can download the tenders for us. you know because that was a major thing
in our office which was alot being done. initially we gave a list of around five to seven
customer to him with only one product. Slowly we added the product and all product we
gave him with list of some 32 customers. Now he is in position he is a typing all over weekly
report also. Now we have decided to give him payment follow up. but we have given him a
format of sending the emails based on the pending payments. I treat him as a employee only I
don’t him as a son. and he treat me as a sir not as a father or something. our relationship at
house is different and our relationship at office entirely different.

कभी उससे सीखने की कोशिश करता हूँ की वो इतने अच्छे शॉर्टकट्स कै से ले लेता है और मैं उससे सीखता भी हूँ.

Attendent: पहले जो निर्णय हम लेते थे उसको वो मानता था लेकिन अब बड़ा हो गया है वो जब ऑफिस जाने लगा है तब से वो सोचता
है इस बात को की ये सहमत है की नहीं है अगर सहमत होता है तो ही मानता है otherwise नहीं मानता है

challenges. At that time, we were thinking
about what opportunities can be created for
him after he completes his schooling. Rahul
was even called a computer genius. So, we
thought that these two things were a great
match, and Rahul should definitely be given
this opportunity.
So we discussed this among ourselves and
then had a conversation with Rahul. Today,
Rahul is happily settled and doing really
well in our office.

Today, everyone praises Rahul's work, and
he actively participates in the everyday tasks
of the company.
Collegue:
And the best part is, Rahul is really skilled
comes to computers, so I try to learn some
tips from him about how he manages to use
such effective shortcuts every now and then.
In the past, he used to accept the decisions
we made, but as he's grown up and started
going to the office, he now considers
whether he agrees with something or not. If
he agrees, he accepts it; otherwise, he
doesn't.
Today, Rahul is playing an important role in
contributing to the growth of his own
company.
