    I am working to develop my leadership skills, to be a good team leader, to improve the
    performance of my team, to create a healthy work environment where every team member will
    grow.
    What form does your leadership take?
    my leadership style is presented by influencing others to do their best to achieve what they
    want, share my stories with them, motivate them, taking into consideration their opinions, being
    a good listener and put myself into their shoes.
    How about in five years? In 10?
    I will be a senior machine learning engineer in an international company(Amazon or Google),
    and I am implementing different initiatives in my community to empower children and women.

    my days now areboring, not productive. But from this moment, since I took the step , my days
