EXAM FEE CIRCULAR March/April 2024

All the I Year II Semester ,II Year IV Semester and III Year VI Semester End
Examinations will be held in the month of April 2024. Hence, all the students who have
75% of attendance should first clear all dues to the College and pay the Examination
Fee and submit duly filled in application on or before 20-03-2024 without fine.

IMPORTANCE NOTE:

1. Students who have below 75% of attendance must get the permission from the
PRINCIPAL before paying the Examination fee.

2. Filled in application form will not be accepted after the due date, even if the examination
fee is already paid.

3. Supplementary Examination. Fee Rs. 300-00 per ONE Subject only. For more than one
subject, Whole Examination Fee should be paid.

PENAL FEE AFTER THE LAST DATE:

1. First Five Days 21-03-24 to 25-03-24 Rs.200-00+Exam Fee

2. For next 5 Days 26-03-24 to 30-03-24 Rs 500.00+Exam Fee
3. Nominal Rolls will be closed on 04-04-23. After this date, no applications will be
accepted by the College office. However, a candidate may approach the Principal for
provisional permission atleast three Days before the Commencement of
Examinations.He/She can write the Examinations after submission of duly filled in
application signed by the Principal of the college along with the Fee of Rs.1500/-+
Exam Fee.
4. No candidate is allowed to pay the Examination Fee on the day of Examination to
appear for the Examinations.

are informed that, they should pay Rs. 600/- for C.M.M ( Consolidated Marks Memo) and
P.C ( Provisional Certificate) to the College on or before 20-03-2024.
