HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN SEASONING.


Chicken seasoning:

 ½ c. lightly toasted fine cornmeal


 1 t. garlic powder
 1 t. onion powder
 1 t. sage
 1 t. thyme
 ½ t. turmeric
 1 T. celery salt
 1 T. Herb Amare
 1 T. dried parsley
Whatever type you have you can use it and if it is not fine enough you,
can drain it.

Toast cornmeal in toaster oven or oven at 300° for about 20-25 minutes.
Let cool completely.

Mix all together and store in a jar.

You can use anyone you have, I was just giving an example.

Sometimes recipe that call for chicken seasoning and you can use this in
many things.
Make sure the one you find doesn’t have in any MSG and if you can’t
find it, do without it.
So when we doing a recipe you can use this make it all out now so and
put it in the fridge so you will always have it.

Even though sometimes they may say they don’t have in these things
they may still but I’m just showing you and giving hour idea how they
looks like but you do not have to use it that is why I’m encouraging you
to make your own products.

So when we are doing a recipe, you can use this and make it all out now
so and put it in the fridge so you will always have it.

Beef – like seasoning, homemade.

 1 cup browned whole grain flour


 2 t. onion powder
 1 t. onion salt
 ½ t. sage
 ½ t. thyme
 1/3 t. marjoram

When you do get all of the herbs, try them out and grind them.

 3 T. parsley flakes, powdered in coffee grinder or rubbed to


powder between palms of hands
 1½ t. garlic
 1½ t. celery salt
 ¼ t. savory

Store in an airtight jar.

Barbeque sauce

 2 T. molasses
 2 t. garlic powder
 1 ½ t. parsley
 1 t. onion powder

2-4 T. raw honey you put how much you want if what I have is not
enough
2 t. salt
1-28 oz. can tomato puree , if you do not have this one,,,,, you can make
your own, buy some tomatoes fresh One, and cook it for an half an hour
put a little honey in it and blended in a blender that's your tomato puree

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook sauce slowly for an


hour. Use as needed.

This can last long in the fridge if your fridge it is working really well.

Always store it in a glass container

It tastes very delicious

Seasoning herbs

 4 t. celery salt
 1 t. turmeric
 4 t. onion powder
 ½ t. garlic powder
 ¼ t. marjoram
 4 t. parsley flakes
 Pinch savory
 Salt to taste (better to leave it out and add to taste though)

Mix all together and put in a container.

 1 t. cornstarch (or potato starch)
 1 ½ t. onion powder
 1 t. turmeric
 ½ t. salt
 ½ t. coriander powder (or anise)
 ½ t. parsley flakes
 ½ t. garlic powder

Store in a jar in a cool place.
