Dear Rev/ Sir / Madam,

Establishment of a Center for Quality Assurance (CQA) and Development of a Performance

Score Card for Degree Awarding Institutes

This is with reference to our letter dated 23rd November 2023 requesting your institute to report to the
Ministry on or before 31.12.2023 regarding Quality Assurance activities.

02. Given your concerns regarding meeting the deadline and the fact that the performance score card
was forwarded to your institutes on 12th December 2023, it has been decided to extend the allotted
time.

03. Accordingly, you are kindly informed to adhere to the said Circular and report to the Ministry on
or before 09th February 2024.
