To Whom It May Concern,

Please accept this as my formal notice of resignation as Production Expert. Although I

have enjoyed working with you and working for the company for more than 8 years, 3
years through an agency and 5 years as a regular employee, personal reasons
necessitate that I vacate the position and focus on improving my situation at home and
take care of my family, especially my infant son. I have given this decision a lot of
thought. I have decided that it’s time for me to move on. I will render 30 days of service
starting January 08, 2024 and my last day of employment will be on February 06,
2024.

Please let me know what I can do to assist with transfer of responsibilities before I
leave. I wish you all the best for the future.
