What is the profile of the interviewee?

 Angel Rose Lulu, 29 years old, 5 years in industry of hosting
What is his/her story as to how s/he started hosting events? What made him/her get into it as a
full-time or Part-time profession?
 Aside from she needs money to support her needs and her family’s needs, she said that
this job is not just a job for her, this job is her passion, her talent, her skills and by
hosting parties or events it made her feel calm, stress-free and happy. It makes her heart
full of joy, seeing people who listen when she talks, laughing when she jokes and
admiring her talent in front. She chooses this job as her full-time job because she said
that she wanted to do what makes her happy and at the same time earning money that
will support all of her wants and needs.
Which type of event does s/he usually cater to?
 She’s more on catering Birthday Parties, Christenings, Weddings, Pageants, and Car
Trunk Surprises.
What are the challenges does s/he face when hosting events?
 Based on her daily experience as a host in an event that faces a lot of people, she said
that the only thing that she considered challenge is when she hosted a debut party but
she’s sick, but she told me that it doesn’t really affects her performance during that day
because she doesn’t want to give a boring and sad ambiance to the party.
What are the perks or benefits that s/he acquires or gets when hosting events?
 As I’ve asked her about this question she smiled and feels excited, excited to tell me
what was those perks that she acquires when she is hosting an event. “This is the best
part” she said. Aside from the TF (talent fee) that she is about to received, sometimes
the families of the event star are giving her additional tips, gift of pleasures, foods that
she can bring home and sometimes she is getting recommendation for her to host
another event.
