IMPACT OF PIGEONS
Pigeons may cause damage by nesting in roof spaces, blocking drains with feathers and debris, dislodging
tiles, corroding metal surfaces with droppings, and soiling outdoor areas with waste.
Moss thrives in dark damp spaces and frequently grows in the gaps between roof tiles, which could
potentially cause structural issues in the long term. It can also pose a threat to drainage by blocking drains
and gutters.
What is for certain is that if pigeons are regularly leaving droppings on your roof this will exacerbate any
moss problem as nutrients found in the pigeon droppings encourage the moss to grow.

Payments
The price of the Services includes indirect taxes.
Service prices are liable to change at any time, but shall be agreed upon at the time of booking. Subject to
any contrary terms in this agreement, our Service prices include any re-call(s) that are, in our reasonable
opinion, necessary and there will be no additional charges for such subsequent visits.

Warranty
We guarantee that our treatment seeks to eliminate the Relevant Birds/Pigeon subject to essential
protection and access criteria, that the items we use comply with all regulatory specifications, codes of
practice, and good practice for Birds control work, and that the service will be delivered using fair care
and skills.

Complaint Redressal
We try to give outstanding service, but we understand that we might not always get it accurately right. If
you are not happy with the response or feel that an unsatisfactory solution has been obtained, please send
us an e-mail (info@ppc.co.tz). It would be useful if you set out full details of how you feel we have failed
to deliver the services to a satisfactory standard or failed to meet your expectations. Your concerns will
then be investigated and the results of the investigation will be explained to you by telephone or personal
meeting our manager, where feasible within 5 days of the complaint being received.
