From our Formulary Natural Hydrating Hair Masque

All Natural, Fortifying Hair Masque. This masque is filled with rich and nourishing oils such as Argan
and Babassu, well known for their vitamin E content, natural antioxidant and antimicrobial properties.
The Natural Hydrating Hair Masque is a thick gel texture that naturally protects, and restores processed,
dry, and damaged hair. Use this masque once or twice a week on wet or dry hair, let it sit for 5-8
minutes, rinse, then shampoo and condition as usual.

1. Slowly add SurfPro Surfactin to glycerin with high speed agitation (i.e. mini-mixer) until uniformly
incorporated.
2. In a separate container, gently heat Phase B to about 40-45°C (104-113°F) until all ingredients are
melted and mix until uniform. Cool to ambient temperature.
3. VERY SLOWLY add Phase B ingredients to Phase A with high speed mixing until smooth and
uniform. Oil phase must be added slowly; if oils start to pool, stop addition and mix until
incorporated. Increase mixing speed as viscosity increases and using sweeping motion when
necessary. It should form a highly viscous, clear amber colored gel.
