    KAYLA: Oh yes, material postheating stage

    GARY: I presume we use iso 9000 for a standard

    KAYLA: 9001 for the testing of materials that`s right

    GARY: In that case, a pre and postheating control is indicated

    KAYLA: So l explained to our engineers, but they found it expensive

    GARY: If you do nat meet the standards then…

    KAYLA: You do not get the iso certification

    GARY: You said it … and lest`s not forget Philip crowsby

    KAYLA: Yes, l know “quality is free”

    GARY: Meaning, quality is always an investiment, never an expense
