- Wait for 5 mins for the
confirmatory test

MICRAL TEST
- Room temp before using
- Dip the strip just between the 2
black line
- Wait 1 min
- Grade using the guide on the
bottle
- Unit: mg/L

PREGNANCY TEST
- 3 drops of sample
- 3 min = urine
- 5 min = serum

MALARIA TEST
- 1 drop of buffer to the first well, 4
drops second well
- Add blood to the first well
- Wait for 10 min
- Negative = no detectable Pldh
- Positive = present of Pldh
- Positive = p.vivax, p.malariae,
p. ovale
- Negative = p. falciparum
- If positive = p. falciparum
- Mixed infection
