release of neurotransmitters for state change. Use this knowledge to confirm your belief that you
can develop a winning mindset.

Do more research on the power of the subconscious mind and how the conscious mind is a
gatekeeper

Look for different ways to control your thoughts such as using Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)

Identify the negative people and things in your life that you need to avoid as much as possible

Find examples of positive affirmations online and learn different techniques to create them in the
most effective way

Goal: Learning how to control your thoughts is essential for the development of a winning mindset
so spend time researching this further and practicing different techniques.

Look for examples of strong WHY statements online that you can use for inspiration

Find examples of goals that others have written using the SMART process

Find examples of plans that people have written to achieve their goals
Goal: You want to create the most inspiring and motivating WHY statement and goals so find out
what others have done to provide you with good ideas for writing yours

Read up more on mental toughness and look for strategies to further develop this for yourself

Learn how to visualize properly so that you can see that you already have the things in your life
that you really want

Identify your weaknesses with the six traits and research how you can improve e.g. how to develop
greater persistence

Goal: Developing your winning mindset traits is essential so perform further research on how you
can improve upon any weaknesses and increase your mental toughness.

Research how to implement new daily routines in your life that will help you to develop and
maintain your winning mindset

Find some exercises online where you can tackle things that are outside of your comfort zone

Goal: Having an empowering daily routine is critical to the development of a winning mindset. Find
out what other successful people do each day to keep motivated and pushing forward with their
lives. Implement a new daily routine and be consistent with it.
