Move in’s taking place on or after the 20th of the month will require you to pay next month’s rent,
at time of move in.
Notes:
Administrative fees are non-refundable after 24 hours of approval. If Renter's insurance Declarations page is not provided at move in, you will be
responsible for a $9 CIS prorate. This is included in your total due at move in and will reflect a credit if declarations page is provided.

• The amount of the security deposit will be determined during the application process.
• All adult occupants must sign the lease before keys can be issued. Please coordinate your
move-in with all concerned parties.
Added to total is a $10 parking permit fee
• Your Utility Company (Electric) account number must be confirmed prior to key release.
• Apartments can only be held for 7 days.
• If there is an adjustment in apartment number more than twice there will be an adjustment fee of $100
due before key release
• Renters Insurance Policy proof is required at move in time. See brochure for appropriate address to be listed
as interested party.
• This welcome letter is not valid for move in until approved by management.
