     Election of officers for BOD, SPTA & Execom, HPTA..additional positions are collection and
    disbursing officers.
     Oath taking will be held at the General Assembly, October 9, 2023 @ INHS Gym, 1 o’clock in
    the afternoon
     Grade level PTA council representatives, will be part of the oath taking

     DepEd authorized voluntary school contribution.


     Introduced the allowed contribution based on deped memo
     Shown the existing contribution last year – total 170.00
     EPS, reiterates the help of these school contribution of the students competing in the
    different fields like Sports, journalism etc, also with the different school programs like
    English Month,
     40 pesos Discount per parent for PTA – Siblings and also applied for relatives, and
    working students
     From 170 to 200 pesos.. 30 pesos will be added to the annual contribution
     Additional contribution for the following Organizations
     +15pesos - School publication
     +10pesos - PTA
     +5 pesos for SSLG
     Clubs will be the same
    o Quarter 1: 45+15 = 60
    o Quarter 2:
    o Quarter 3: 35
    o Quarter 4: 35
     Exemption of SSLG school officials – less 75 pesos (President to Auditor)
     SSLG New Adviser – JBA, presenting the school rules and regulations.
    o The student prosecutors will list down student violators and submit it to the
    assigned teacher prosecutors every Friday. Consequences will be applied to those
    student violators.
    o First offence – 15 mins. clean-up after flag ceremony, the assigned SSLG officers are
    tasked to guide the student offenders.
    o Second offence – student violators are requested to the guidance office, update
    their records, profile and contract signing.
    o Third offence – parents are requested to the guidance office, check the students
    records and profile, and contract signing.
    o Mam JBA, highlighted that the student violators who already into third offence
    there’s no need to call up the parents attention, but there will be a penalty of 100
    pesos.
    o Sir APD also suggested that for the third offence the student is advised to transfer to
    another school, it was also agreed by the body and the school head.
    o JBA, there will be a memorandum about the agreement of the said rules and
    regulations
     The meeting ended at 3:15 in the afternoon
