Tachycardia weak pulse.  Meds to suppress GH secretion
Dostinex, Somatostatin Analogs – esp. in pts. Who are not candidates
V/S: for surgery or radiation
Increased BP:  Surgical tx. To remove pituitary tumors
Transsphenoidal approach
Cryosurgery
 Irradiation – to destroy GH-secreting tumors
Proton beam tx. Using low doses of radiation
