This Portfolio Is based on the qualification of Organic Agriculture Production NCII and
Technical Education Skills and Development Authority Training Regulations. The making of this
portfolio could not have been possible without outsourced materials from various authorities as

Composting
Anything that is organic and not animal based are viable. In order to stay
organic, be sure everything you compost is also free for toxic chemicals.

Composting is the act of using your kitchen waste and food scraps,
which are organic materials (greens and browns), to create compost
beneficial for enriching soil and growing plants and crops. Surprisingly,
most people are unaware that food scraps are good sources of vitamins and
minerals.
