Our barangay, Cogon in the Municipality of Panitan will have a summer basketball league as one of the
events in our upcoming Barangay Patronal Fiesta on May 11, 2019. The game will start on April 2019.
The aim of this tournament is to uphold the value of sportsmanship as a sign of respect to each of the
Cogonians. Likewise, this is also organized to make them physically and mentally fit.

The “Cogon Babies” basketball team will be joining the yearly summer competition which will be held at
Barangay Cogon. In this regard, we would like to seek financial support for the production of our team’s
uniform for the said event. We will be thankful for any amount you could share for our team, it would
be a great help.
