Roles according to Belbin's theory:


Eduardo Gamboa
Shaper: We consider that Eduardo has the role of shaper because he always look
for a way to deal with problems and try to solve them in the best possible way, where
there is a solution that satisfies all team members and at the same time that this is
the better solution to the problem, in the same way he always has a positive attitude,
regardless of the situation or the moment, this helps us a lot when solving problems
and also helps to motivate or calm other people, in this case, our team .
Plant: We also consider that he has the role of plant since he is a creative person
and with many ideas that can help solve problems that arise in the development of
a project or to improve it, in the same way to overcome challenges that may appear
in any moment.

Itzcoatl Cardeña
Completer finisher: He is methodical and analytical; he was always pending about
the deadlines and errors that the project would have. He was always asking and
questioning about the details in the work to try to delivery it correctly as the teacher
request. We like to work with people like him because it decreases the mistakes,
many times do not care about the details and it is where we lost so many points,
having someone pending about that brings secure to the team.
Team worker: We think that it was easily work with him because he did all in the
accurate time, he participle and work under pressure. The team workers are
cooperative, and he showed it for the project because he support when it was
needed. Also, his weakness is that he is insecure, and he needed the opinions of
the other team members to take a decision.

Arturo Herrera
Plant: We consider that one of the roles he has is of plant, because he has a creative
personality that is helpful for the creation of the slides, also he has a lot of ideas that
are useful to solve problems and to keep improving the work, in the same way he
also has the ability to overcome difficulties and solve problems.
Team Worker: We reach the conclusion that he is a person that is easy to work with
and that is eager to help and complete the tasks that are assigned, he participated
a lot in the creation of the work and also complete his part in time and with good
quality. Also, he always wanted to do everything right and ask for opinions and help
in order to have everything in order.

Carlos Ortegón
Specialist: He could be considered on this classification by his knowledge and
experience managing people in presentations as the required. He also has an
experience building kahoots that, was something that we specifically needed to
reach one of the goals of the activity.
Team Worker: As part of a team, he likes to share his ideas and also motivates the
others to make creative situations and activities that could help us on our goal.
Strong element on the mind storm activities.
Jorge Mugarte
Implementer: This team member is considered as an implementer due to his great
ability to put in practice his knowledge and skills to develop certain planned tasks in
a very efficient way. He also has the initiative to start doing things in order to finish
fast; he knows how to turn the ideas into planned activities.
Resource Investigator: He is a very skilled person at communicating. This helps the
team to have some external opportunities and contacts that will allow them to
develop many ideas and open more windows of possibility. His characteristics match
very well with the role; he is good at communicating with people, he is very
enthusiastic and he also knows how to negotiate, and those three aspects are very
important in a resource investigator role.
