Subject: Introducing Myself and Proposed Approach to Addressing

VacAI Issues

Dear Team,

I hope this email finds you all well. I'm thrilled to join the
development team at Waga and excited to contribute to the success
of the VacAI project. Allow me to introduce myself: I am Precious
Ezekiel Adjei, the newest member of the team, and I recently
completed the AICE program. With a passion for problem-solving and
a drive for innovation, I am eager to dive into our work and address
the challenges we're facing with VacAI.

Here are three areas where I believe I can make a significant impact
and take ownership within the team:

User Experience Enhancement: I will lead efforts to conduct a

comprehensive review of user feedback, identify pain points, and
propose solutions to improve the overall user experience of VacAI.
This includes addressing any technical issues, streamlining processes,
and enhancing features to meet user expectations.

Quality Assurance and Testing: I will take ownership of ensuring the

quality and reliability of VacAI by implementing rigorous testing
protocols and conducting thorough QA checks throughout the
development lifecycle. By identifying and rectifying issues
proactively, we can prevent future setbacks and deliver a polished
product to our users.

Collaboration and Communication: I am committed to fostering open

communication and collaboration within the team. I will actively seek
input from team members, encourage knowledge sharing, and
facilitate regular sync-ups to ensure that we are aligned on our goals
and working efficiently towards achieving them.

In terms of our work rhythm, here's how I propose we proceed:

Weekly Sprint Planning Meetings: We'll kick off each week with a
sprint planning meeting to prioritize tasks, set goals, and allocate
resources effectively.
Bi-weekly Progress Reviews: Every two weeks, we'll gather to review
our progress, discuss any challenges or roadblocks, and make
necessary adjustments to our approach.
Continuous Feedback Loop: I encourage an environment of
continuous feedback, where team members feel comfortable sharing
ideas, concerns, and suggestions for improvement at any time.
Now, turning to the problem statement related to VacAI:

Problem Statement: Despite a successful launch and initial

excitement, VacAI is experiencing a sharp decline in vacation sales
and customer satisfaction in the second week. This indicates a
discrepancy between the perceived value of the app and the actual
user experience, leading to dissatisfaction and refund requests.
To address this, I propose conducting a thorough analysis of user
feedback, app usage metrics, and technical performance data to
pinpoint the root cause of the issue. By identifying areas for
improvement and implementing targeted solutions, we can enhance
the user experience, regain customer trust, and drive sustainable
growth for VacAI.

I look forward to collaborating with each of you and leveraging our

collective expertise to overcome this challenge and deliver a truly
exceptional product to our users.
