Dear Team,
I hope this email finds you all well. I'm thrilled to join the
development team at Waga and excited to contribute to the success
of the VacAI project. Allow me to introduce myself: I am Precious
Ezekiel Adjei, the newest member of the team, and I recently
completed the AICE program. With a passion for problem-solving and
a drive for innovation, I am eager to dive into our work and address
the challenges we're facing with VacAI.
Here are three areas where I believe I can make a significant impact
and take ownership within the team:
Weekly Sprint Planning Meetings: We'll kick off each week with a
sprint planning meeting to prioritize tasks, set goals, and allocate
resources effectively.
Bi-weekly Progress Reviews: Every two weeks, we'll gather to review
our progress, discuss any challenges or roadblocks, and make
necessary adjustments to our approach.
Continuous Feedback Loop: I encourage an environment of
continuous feedback, where team members feel comfortable sharing
ideas, concerns, and suggestions for improvement at any time.
