commitment from key industry players, resulting in a perpetuation of environmentally harmful practices."

Second issue: How to reduce inequality of income?

"The attempts to address income inequality through various policies have been met with systemic resistance, leading to a
persistence of economic disparities and a widening wealth gap, highlighting the failure of passive measures to achieve
meaningful change."

Third issue: How to deal with monopoly?

"The regulatory strategies implemented to counter monopolistic practices have been consistently undermined by loopholes and
industry lobbying, resulting in a perpetuation of market dominance and thwarting genuine competition, thereby exacerbating
the negative impact on consumer choice and economic fairness."

Fourth issue: As future HR practitioner, how would you solve economic issues in an organization?

"The economic challenges within the organization persistently elude resolution, as passive approaches adopted by the future HR
practitioner have failed to effectively address key issues. Inadequate strategies, coupled with a lack of proactive measures, have
perpetuated financial inefficiencies and hindered sustained organizational growth."
