The School reserves the right to adopt and enforce such measures, rules and standards as
may be necessary to maintain discipline among students, teaching, and other personnel of
the school subject to reasonable regulations of the Secretary of Education or his duly
authorized representative (Section 52, Manual of Regulations of Private Schools & Section
124, Manual of Regulations for Private Higher Education).

One of the pressing matters discussed in the ManCom in Cabanatuan City was the creation
of a Fact-finding Board that provide for the amicable internal procedures or remedies, as a
preferable measure in the settlement of any issue, dispute, or grievance arising from
employment relations, thus all branches will have its Fact-finding Board that shall
recommend results to the Top Management
