PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE-
- Project Management of CAPEX projects in Rumaila Field such as Pressure Protection system upgrades, Power
system reliability enhancement projects, Oil Export system upgrades, Fire Fighting & Safety Systems,
Instrument Protective system upgrades, Substations and Emergency Generators, Instrument Air Upgrade,
Etc.,
- Project Engineering Management via CVP (Capital Value Process) i.e., Pre-Appraise, Appraise, Select, Define
(FEED) and Execute (Detailed Engineering) phases of Engineering and procurement services. Also, closely
coordinate with Construction and commissioning until System Handover (SH1).
- Hold meetings with various internal & external stakeholders i.e., Operations, CET, Maintenance, BOC, PMC,
Vendors, Contractors, Sub-contractors periodically and monitor project progress and clear technical issues.
- CTR reviews and approval for contractors
- HAZID, HAZOP, SIL & QRA studies with stakeholders.
- Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control of different work orders from different assets.
- Coordination, sequencing, and prioritization of different dependable projects
- Implementation of HSE requirements and adherence to International HSE requirements
- Team building and capacity enhancement of local Stakeholders and manpower
- Subcontracting, Contract Administration and Vendor Technical Query Management
- Review of Project Plan Critical Path and resource histogram reviews
- Contract Management, disputes and change management
- Proactive identification of Risks, Delays and incorporation into the schedule and information to other projects
- Coordination for Engineering Site surveys and inputs to different disciplines
- Procurement & Supply Chain Management for long-lead and all the other materials
