N.B: We have been able to generate about #200,000,000 (Personal savings #150,000,000 and soft
loan from family members #50,000,000) and we are at the final stages of obtaining support from the
state government of Bayelsa state as the estimated project is 200 billion.
BILLING
Divine touch healing Centre will work towards ensuring that all our services are offered at highly
competitive prices compare to what is obtainable in Nigeria.

On the average, hospitals and healthcare service providers usually leverage on the fact that a good
number of their clients do not pay the service charge from their pockets; private insurance companies,
Medicare and Medicaid are responsible for the payment.
In view of that, it is easier for hospitals and healthcare service providers to bill their clients based in their
discretions.

Our payment policy is all inclusive because we are quite aware that different people prefer different
payment options as it suits them. Here are the payment options that will be available in every of our
outlets;
● Payment by cash
● Payment via Point of Sale (POS) Machine
● Payment via online bank transfer (online payment portal)
● Payment via Mobile money
● Check (only from loyal customers)

We also met with our personal lawyer who got all the necessary papers approved and legally signed. We
also went the extra mile to insured the hospital with an insurance company. The guideline structure is
planned in a way that it will meet all the standards of Nigeria Joint Commission Requirements.

Hospital business has not yet been saturated in Nigeria. However, to work better, there is the need for Divine
Touch Healing Centre to partner with established veteran Nigeria doctors, pharmacists, and other professionals
in the field.
CONCLUSION
Setting up a hospital business requires intensive planning and large capital. It can be challenging yet rewarding
venture for entrepreneurs who are passionate about improving the healthcare sector in the country. We did some
pre planning before starting up a business and know all the right ways that can save our money as well as time and
extra expenses to incur. We have a proposal for a new hospital in Imiringi Ogbia Local Government of Bayelsa
state. In this proposal we have some strategic planning tools to describe a short plan for building a new hospital to
help the people in the community. We have estimated a budget of 200 hundred billon to be completed in the next
18 months. It will serve as a big relieve to people as only one hospital is available at the moment compared to the
numbers of persons living in the community. It will be called Divine Touch Healing Centre. They can access medical
services and other clinical facilities too. These services will be provided for both inpatients and outpatients basis,
without regard to race, creed, national origin, gender, age, disability or ability to pay.
