Now it’s time to launch and begin our invasion.

Launch Process

1. First, reach out to everyone you pre-sold (you should have a bunch). Tell them the
good news and set them up with accounts in Skool. Entertain 1-1 calls with them at
the start to get their feedback as often as you can (once per week ideally).

2. List all your marketing assets (YouTube channel, email list, social profile, etc)
3. Get a list every prospect you failed to close since you started your business
4. Draft up Program announcement content (to lists, old prospects, etc) (shiny object)
5. Launch announcements to lists, socials, audiences etc etc.
6. If you don’t have any marketing assets, it’s time to get outreaching.

It’s time to put as much volume through the system as possible. From here on, I would
suggest studying the Systems and Scaling modules of consulting Nirvana but prioritise
outreach, content and ads.

Fortunately for you, you have the single best product on the market for outbound, inbound
and paid acquisition. How convenient! Time to get selling!!

Time to get as much volume of appointments as possible.
