when it comes to online marketing.
 YouTube is also the second biggest search engine on the Internet, placing behind only Google.
 YouTube is also owned by Google so essentially you are tapping on 2 of the world’s biggest traffic
sources.
 YouTube is recognized as the best platform for engaging in the act of video marketing.
 Video Marketing is by-far the most powerful and effective tool for persuasion of audiences for
generating clicks, conversions, and engagements regardless of niche or market. There is always

- What you put in your description is important, people often head over to the video’s description

- Are you promoting a product in the video? If yes, it’s crucial to have information of the product
and/or bonuses when someone picks the product up from you.
- It can act as backup especially when the video is informative, and your audience may miss it with

- If your videos are about a product that you’re promoting/advertising, how should you showcase

- Will you be using paid traffic to monetize the traffic that views your videos?

- Is it a saturated topic? Is it something that can be easily ranked?
- Engagement Versus Time, is it worth it?
- How feasible to cross promote your content for potential increase in visibility?

- It will be extremely useful to perform competitive research on keywords that your competitors uses
- Compare results to keywords whenever possible; Is that keyword important or bringing in extra
attention?

- If so, how successful have they been and how can you replicate their success?

10) Learn From Their Experience
- It’s completely fine to model someone else’s business model that’s currently working, just do not
blindly copy them to the T.
- Pay close attention to successful channels from your niche and take a step further, check out their
older videos and track their growth.

- Plot your plans out on a notebook or any online notes/Microsoft Words
- Make it as detailed as possible; How many videos do you want to put out in a week, the kind of topic
you want to discuss or create, when and how to achieve your first 100 views, etc.
- The more details you can curate in your YouTube marketing process, the easier to stay driven and
motivated, and ultimately achieve the results you set out for.
- Ensure yours plans are realistic and any projections and/or estimates made should not be overly
optimistic.
- Always have a contingency plan and/or a “worst case scenario” plan as a failsafe.
- Remember, you should not expect OVERNIGHT success, be consistent and constantly take actions to
achieve your goals and more.

- Channel Name: Be relevant to your niche and/or “screams” intention. E.g., “Fitness & Diet Reviews”.
- Channel Art: You need to look the part of a professional in your field.
- Channel Description: Short summary of your channel’s intention.
- Channel Tags: All tags included must be related to your niche.
- Social Networks: Where can your prospects/audience find you other than YouTube?
 Do the necessary research for optimal optimization of your channel

- Always have a clear CTA (Call-To-Action) within the video.
- Have an informed detail of the video’s topic in your video description.
- Utilize the power of hashtags “#”, you can have 3 hashtags in your description so choose wisely.
- Timestamps; If it is a lengthy video, you may want to put timestamps so your audience could get
to a certain point quicker.
- Make it as seamless as possible

 Assuming your purpose of tapping on YouTube is to gain exposure and conversion(sales), that would mean you
want your video to rank high in search results to attract seemingly an unlimited traffic source.
 If that’s the case, you will need to do research on your competitors to determine the relevant keywords.
 You will want to search on both Google & YouTube for relevant keywords related to your video, or the subject of
your video.
- Different keywords or key phrases often have different results, and it can be as “insignificant” as one “s”
- E.g.: “Keyword” versus “Keywords”
 During your search, here are some important elements I want you to be aware of:
- Is there a video ranking for the keyword(s) on Google or YouTube page 1?
- If so, how many views do the top-ranking video receive?
- What’s the likes and dislike ratio? Are people engaging in the comments section?
- Are the engagements recent or only at the time of release?
- Would you have used the same keywords as part of your video optimization strategy? What else would you
add/remove?
- Are the video(s) ranking organically or ranking due to it being aged?
- How long has the channel/YouTuber been in the scene? Having/Being an aged account often has higher priority
than newer ones

 After all the research you’ve done, it’s time to put your results into action.
 Positioning is key, and we want to put all the right/selected keywords in the right position.
 These are the optimal keywords position you need to place:
- Put your best keywords in the title of your video.
- Put the relevant keywords such as hashtags in the description.
- TAGS. Put ALL your primary keywords in the tags section. These are the keywords you believe will be
searched by your audience the most.
 Do this consistently in ALL of your videos and you will steadily grow your channel authority, having
more eyeballs on your video, and achieving your purpose in the process.

1. Embed your videos on all relevant platforms. E.g. Your website
2. Cross promote it on all your available social media platform and create engagement that encourages your
audience to help you spread the word.
3. If you have/know other YouTubers from your niche, you can try and work with them to gain exposure from their
audience.
4. Offer incentives such as bonuses to attract people in your niche to watch your content, and/or to other creators
for a shoutout (again, like the point above, gaining exposure from another creator’s audience).
5. Be consistent and upload regularly.
6. Never settle for anything else but your best. High quality content is always well received by people.
7. Be creative & original. You can model someone but DON’T be someone else.
8. Ultimately, be patience and determined. It is a slow process but it is also the most rewarding.

videos(s).

source, I’ll leave the link before if you’re interested)
2. Quickest way, especially for newbie, to gain an abundance of subscribers, views, engagement.
3. Easiest way to rank when you target the right keywords
4. Rapid growth when complimented with high quality content; You can expect a BOOM in viewership and see tons
of traffic on autopilot
5. However, BEWARE: Blackhat strategies are risky and may potentially harm you more than benefit you, and
YouTube may even shut your account in some situations).
6. Costly; Price ranges from $1 - $97+
7. This may be a major hit or miss and is extremely costly & risky, Use it at your own risk.
