Private Equity in the Circular Economy – Analyst reporting to Managing

Director – Internship

REPEATS is the leader in flexible packaging recycling in Europe since summer 2022, with 5
facilities in 4 countries, while only being founded in 2021. REPEATS is backed by Ara partners, a
€1.5 billion private equity fund focused on circular economy and decarbonization, which has other
portfolio companies focused on plastic recycling in Europe and the US (www.arapartners.com).

To support our development, we are looking to strengthen our team and are seeking to recruit new
interns for a period of about 5-12 months. We are opened to flexible time arrangements (full or
part-time internship). Our central offices are in Amsterdam (holding) and Paris.

Reporting to the Managing Director and the Chief Integration Officer, you will be at the heart of
the development and implementation of REPEATS in Spain. From strategy to finance, you will
develop and use a wide range of skills on the integration of new businesses, implementation of
financial reporting tools and reports, as well as development of business opportunities.

This is a challenging position and an excellent opportunity to take responsibility and actively
contribute to the development and success of a well-capitalized investor in the Green Economy.

Your Missions

• Steering of entity integration plan in Spain

• Coordination of a 15 M€ investment plan
• Definition and implementation of Group standards
• Management of strategic projects delegated by the Managing Director
• Involvement in the drafting of financial reporting documents for investors
• Project management with various partners (banks, audit firms, legal counsels and others)
• Helping the Group develop long-term partnerships with European suppliers & plastic
buyers (business development)

Your Profile

• Student in Master, Postmaster programs or in the final year of a business or engineering

school
• A first experience in a consulting firm, private equity or investment bank is desirable
• Excellent written and spoken English
