    subject matter mentioned above, kindly note that Chandigarh Pradesh Congress
    Committee is a state office of our National Political party - Indian National Congress
    having central office at All India Congress Committee, 24 Akbar Road, New Delhi All

    matters related to Electoral Bond(s) are being solely handled by the central office only

    Our central office at New Delhi has already received communication dated 03 11 2033

    from the ECI regarding subject matter mentioned above and an appropriate reply shall

    be submitted by the central office on behalf of the Party

    Accordingly, this office has no concern whatsoever with the subject matter of Electoral

    Bonds
