WEEKLY HIGHLIGHTS

General notes in making the weekly/monthly contractor’s report:

1. The font of the bodies under each part in the report shall follow a font size of 11, a font of Lato or Century Gothic, and a
spacing of set as single.

2. The paragraphs should be in justified form.

3. The photos to be incorporated in the report shall be in PNG format, with a maximum width of approximately 3” and
should include a brief description for everyone involved in the meeting to be guided on the information being portrayed.

4. If possible, fit two parts of the report into one page (e.g. weekly highlights, and issues & concern in one page)

5. For environmental care purposes, print the report on scratch papers.

6. Print 2 copies of the cover page only (one copy will be for RLC and the other for the contractor’s
documentation); the rest of the report will only have 1 printed copy which will be handed to RLC for documentation.
