 The aim of the course it was to promote digital education and to help trainers to
design and implement motivating activities for the elderly by using ICT within a new
framework of critical principles. So the training activity perfectly met our needs.
During this training course I learned to introduce an awareness of ways of integrating ICT
with teaching methodologies, using hands-on & experiential methods.
The methodology followed also in the training program was, through collaborative work,
various planning career activities, and through the creation of inclusion activities. We worked
both in groups and individually, workshops, debates, discussions, seminars and lectures took
place.
Through this training course, I have learnt how to use web solutions in my daily work
with learners to promote people’ learning, collaborative work, and creativity.
I was involved in practical activities exploring how to build a virtual classroom
environment, how to create and manage learning contents by using a variety of tools, web
sites, and search engines. I had the opportunity to experiment the teamwork collaboration and
cooperation in a European context.
I acquired new IT collaborative tools, instruments to conduct assessment of learning, to
give effective feedback to elderly. I developed my digital skills in order to apply technology
in different educational environments and to develop digital tools (digital games, e-portfolio)
about how to apply technology in education for different age groups.
I had the opportunity to acquire new learning strategies regarding how to get involved in
order to use digital for inclusion and to acquire new non-formal education techniques.
I had also the opportunity for networking with the other participants also givesme the
chance to collaborate in the future on other projects. We exchanged practices and experiences
in the field of adult education.
