Rewards members who redeem an Ivy Academy online schooling discount voucher for the Matric rewrite
special and register on the Ivy Academy website for the 2021 school year before 31 December 15 March
2021, will receive a 10% discount on monthly tuition fees.

1. To qualify for the discounted tuition fees, you need to register for the 2021 school year and pay the
registration fee before 15 March 2021.

2. Register by completing the online application form on www.ivyacademy.education.A qualified

consultant will contact you and assist with choosing your child’s curriculum. Once agreed, you must
provide the consultant with your Rewards voucher code. The consultant will send you a quote with
the discount reflecting.

3. The discount will continue to apply to the monthly invoice received, so long as you remain an active
Rewards member. This means that your Rewards product is active, the monthly fee is paid, and a
valid DebiCheck mandate remains in place.

4. The discount does not include the registration fee payable.

5. Up to three children per member can qualify for the discounted tuition fees.

6. The discount does not include external assessment fees as this is not prescribed by Ivy Academy
and also subject to the closing date for rewrites determined by the Department of Education.

7. The special applies to enrollments into online learning for Matric rewrites.

8. The voucher is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or on sold.

9. This special is being provided by Clientèle Life Assurance Company Limited (Registration Number:
1973/016606/06), and Clientèle General Insurance Limited (Registration Number: 2007/023821/06),
(collectively known as Clientèle), in conjunction with CBC Rewards (PTY) (LTD) (Registration Number
2016/195909/07). Their registered offices are at Clientèle Office Park, Corner Rivonia and Alon Road,
Morningside, 2196 (collectively referred to as “the Promoter”).

10. The Promoter is responsible for the administration of this special and may cancel or amend these
terms at its sole discretion. Communication will be undertaken through the Clientèle and IFA Apps.

11. These terms and conditions should be read with the terms and conditions of your product, which can
be accessed on www.clientele.co.za or www.ifa.co.za, and the terms and conditions of Ivy Academy,
which can be found at www.ivyacademy.education.
