Gem Grove backyard tournament

Rules

1. Every team should play with six players (max)

2. Each innings consists of 5 overs per team.

3. Two bowlers allowed to bowl 2 overs max

4. Retired out option can be used but not if the case only two players in crease.

5. Captains only can talk and discuss with umpires throughout the tournament.

6. No other player is not allowed to argue with umpires regarding umpires decision.

7. Two umpires will stand for a match and umpire decision is final.

8. There will be extras for wide,no balls (waist height and over stepping).Free hit for no
balls only.

9. No byes,leg byes,overthrow

10. Duration of each innings is 20 mins max .

11. Cross over a batsman is not considered while a batsman is caught out .new batsman
can only take strike.

12. Last man batting is allowed and one person from batting team should stand in non
strikers end for the purpose of running only.He won't bat ,only the last man can bat.

13. There will be grant of runs if the ball goes to specific places that will be explained during
the start of match to captain.

14. Organising committee have full rights to change the fixtures and schedule at any time .

15. One fielder should stand behind the wicketkeeper.This is mandate

16. Only bowling is allowed, throw not allowed.
