To whom it may concern,

This is to personally endorse “Metronix Inc. (formerly Clean World Trading & Supplies
Inc.)” as a primary supplier of Early Warning Systems particularly relating to
Hydrometeorological Hazards. Their line of products includes Automatic Weather
Systems, Warning Sirens and other Hydrological products.

I am writing this endorsement for the simple reason that I have had knowledge of their
related supply and installation of equipment to several local flood early warning system
setups with which I have been consulted to such as in the area of Bataan Province
(Balanga area), in the municipality of Arayat (Pampanga), and in the municipality of
Jaen (Nueva Ecija).

Personally, I think Metronix Inc. (formerly Clean World Trading & Supplies Inc.)” would
be one excellent candidate for the supply and installation of Early Warning Systems
related to Hydrometeorological Hazard.
