SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS:
1. You are hereby directed to render special duty on march 31,2017 at University of Baguio
premises during the above mentioned event, Further, you advise to report at security office
at exactly 1300H for Pre deployment briefing.

2. CIP Interns will be deployed by the Chief Security Officer and CIP Coordinator to strategic
locations as part of the Security and Crowd control Team of the University.

3. Stay at your respective post /assignment until further instruction from the Over-all
Commander.

4. All deployed personnel to assist Students, Faculty and Employees to the designated
Evacuation area.
