Anti-Blackmail Assistance Request Form - Free Estimate

Legal IT assistance in cases of sexual blackmail. In particular, we will inform you about what to do and
what not to do to defend yourself from the main types of sextortion: the one with sexual blackmail
through the exchange of nude images or the recording of a video after an online chat or videochat and the
one with blackmail porn, or a email with request for payment in bitcoin.

Introduction
Now let's see in detail the four methods of extortion or sexual blackmail on the web:

➢ sexual blackmail via email, also called blackmail porn

➢ sexual blackmail after direct attack on your phone camera, computer webcam or home video
surveillance system, also called sexual blackmail after access violation
➢ sexual blackmail of the ex - revenge porn
➢ sexual blackmail after videochat with a girl, also called sexual blackmail in chat

1) Blackmail porn, that is an email with a request for payment in bitcoin in which you are told that you
have been "discovered" visiting porn sites or write that your device has been violated by hackers and they
have access to your operating system. They also say that they have already downloaded all the
confidential information of your browsing history and that they have installed a virus on your
computer (a trojan or malware) through which they would have accessed the webcam and managed to
film you in intimate acts Cybercivilrights.org. 2020. If the user does not pay a ransom of x dollars in
bitcoin (the digital currency) within 48, the criminals will disseminate the images to all his contacts,
therefore friends, relatives and work colleagues. In case you have received this email, please know that it
is a fraud. Read this article before requesting assistance for a possible fraud "Blackmail by email with the
subject of your password or computer infected with a virus that has taken you back in privacy and
requesting payment in Bitcoin" So keep calm as the criminal has no movie; pay no ransom: paying it
would mean receiving other threats and other demands for money; change your email password, choose a
particularly complex one and activate two-factor authentication; follow many other useful tips offered
on the page of the "handbook of the good online navigator" and protect your phone or computer
camera by reading this article Blackmail Videos: when the webcam or camera really spies on you because
even if the communication of blackmail porn via email is usually a fraud, it is still technically

possible to install malware on your computer that shoots you without your knowledge (in the article on
blackmail videos above we show you how to avoid being victims of Camfecting and RAT or remote
access Trojan, processes in which you try to hack a person's webcam and activate it without their
permission).

2) Sexual blackmail after access violation is that blackmail that occurs after a direct attack on your
phone camera, your computer's webcam or your home's video surveillance system Cybercivilrights.org.

surveillance system really spies on you [click here]

3) The sexual blackmail of the ex - revenge porn or threats to publish by the partner you left behind. If
your ex is threatening to publish your photos or videos on the internet you can resort to the online
legal warning En.wikipedia.org. 2020 . The warning is used both to request the cancellation of your
photos, and to announce any legal actions if your images are published publicly, with indications on the
penalties provided for by Italian law and the aggravating circumstance of having already notified the
interlocutor that he will not be able to add sorry or lack of knowledge of the crimes he would have
encountered.

4) Sexual blackmail in chat. In this case, extortion or sexual blackmail occurs after chat or video chat,
through the exchange of nude images or the recording of a video Findlaw. 2020. State Revenge Porn
Laws. Extortion is a multiple offensive crime, as it affects both the victim's financial interests and
their freedom of self-determination and generates a significant increase in the emotional stress of a
person who lives in the constant anguish of seeing compromising or sent material published online to
your friends or with acquaintances a video or an image that portrays her without veils.

VIDEO PUBLICATION THREATS: how sexual blackmail occurs on skype,

hangouts, whatsapp or messenger
This is how a sextortion or sexual extortion or sexual blackmail occurs through online chat:

It starts with a friend request from an intriguing woman or a good-looking man, usually on facebook or
online dating sites. In reality, the man or woman who will contact the victim is not real Greenspan), r.,
2020. Behind is a man who already has images and recordings to show to the unfortunate who mistakenly
thinks he is talking to a person in flesh and blood and in real time.

Once the friendship is accepted, you are lured into a private chat external to the first contact site, for
example on skype, google hangouts, whatsapp but also directly with a video call on the messenger. In the
meantime, an accomplice copies the entire list of your friends on the social network in which you met or
by looking for your data online.

Entering the chat, the mysterious user begins with direct questions: "Are you alone at home?", "Do you
happen to have a webcam?", "Do you want to have fun?", "I just got out of the shower, do you want to see
me?"

The victim is bewitched by a woman or a man who, on the other hand, have provocative sexual
attitudes but at the same time make one believe that the interest is real

The increasingly "intrigued" victim begins to undress in turn ... at the request of the interlocutor

On the other hand, they film and record the compromising video Hoyt, G. and Hoyt, G., 2020. At the first
frame in which they can see the victim's face and his private parts stop everything.

The mysterious user while the video is being recorded, in the meantime deletes his profile from the
initial contact's social account or prepares to immediately send a private message as soon as the
frame with the nude image is available.

IS THE THREAT TO PUBLISH VIDEOS OR PHOTOS ON FACEBOOK

OR YOUTUBE OR OTHER INTERNET SITES AND SEND THEM TO MY
WIFE OR HUSBAND OR MY FRIENDS REAL?
Unfortunately yes, even if there are no rules on this. There are extortionists who immediately publish the
screenshot of one of the video frames, others who send private messages to their closest relatives with
some images of the movie, others who show previews of videos on youtube with or without real
publication, others who publish the entire video on lesser known sites where there are fewer controls just
to give a show of strength and make the victim surrender, others who threaten but then do not publish
thanks to all the "securing" procedures we offer to our customers ... obviously some elements have a
greater impact on these choices, such as the victim's job position, his online visibility, the certainty that he
is in a relationship and above all his psychological weakness (the greater the fear and the perceived
subjection, the greater the persistence) Smith, C. and Smith, C., 2020. We can certainly tell you in the
next paragraphs what to do and what not to do in case of sexual blackmail.

What NOT to do if you have been the victim of a sextortion, extortion or

sexual blackmail on the web:

accept blackmail for the sense of shame, instead of reporting (we will see the function of reporting later)
be aware of the fact that even if you pay the payment request continues indefinitely. Indeed we will tell
you more, when you pay your name it ends up in a list of greater value and based on the amount you have
paid you will be the object of more attention from the "team of extortionists" ... Over the years we have
found that there are entire dedicated villages for this purpose and unfortunately they are very organized
even if the interpol in collaboration with the police of each nation carries out regular "reclamation"
operations. If you have a high-level job role or if morality is imperative in your profession, if you pay,
you are the ideal candidates for repeated contacts over time.

Contact sites that offer free assistance without them showing a telephone number for direct contact and
above all without exposing a privacy policy on their site complete with the name and surname and email
of the data controller and a declaration of confidentiality that really protects you [we at computer science
in the company guarantee your confidentiality even before having contact as you can read here] or who
propose themselves as experts in revenge porn or web reputation and do not know the specific theme of
sexual extortion via chat which is very different (it is necessary for example, helping to secure the social
profiles of those who are victims of extortion and knowing how to protect their contacts, because our
customers after passing this bad time can return to using facebook, instagram, twitter, youtube ... without
having to give up the their social life forever).

WHAT TO DO if you are the victim of a sextortion or sexual extortion on the

web

GET REPORTING ELEMENTS.

Try to get as much information as possible about the identity of your extortionist and save the
conversations as evidence. Reporting to the postal police is always recommended, to protect you in case
of publications on Italian domains or sites for adults and to have a quick removal, for moral duty towards
those who could fall into the same trap and in any case to allow the Italian police to collect as many items
as possible for joint international police operations. Unfortunately, the Italian police have no
jurisdiction over non-European countries which are the main culprits of this type of extortion and
cannot intervene directly. If you do NOT have any identifying elements such as an IP address and you
simply block the scammer, your complaint to the Italian authorities or interpol will be against unknown
persons and therefore not very effective

TRY TO REQUEST TRACEABLE PAYMENT SYSTEMS. Even if it is very

difficult to get results, you can try to "play along" and ask the extortionist to be able to make a transfer
rather than a payment on untraceable payment systems.

MOVE THE CONVERSATIONS TO AN EMAIL. Request to send an email to your

address (creating a new one that you will no longer use - the email you provide will be burned and no
longer usable) with the data to make the payment, find an excuse, and then analyze the technical headers
of the message and identify the sender's IP and its geographical position or in any case have an additional
element of investigation to offer to the police Texas Monthly. 2020. An email address is a very useful
element for reporting (to be combined with the name of the provider and the time of sending the
message). In addition to analyzing the headers of an email, our studio also allows you to send tracing
emails in the assistance service that identify the recipient's IP. Contact us to know how to get around.

SEND AN INTIMIDATORY MESSAGE. Send an email or a communication through the

channel with which you have been contacted to the extortionist to scare him, in which you intimidate him
to have identified his IP address, even if you have not really done so. Then block the user and stop
reading the messages. If you want paid assistance, we will create the personalized message for you and it
is much more effective Thompson, J., 2020. Our intimidating and technical message, when we obtained
the extortionist's IP address (with all the data necessary for a complaint to the international authorities) is
so well structured that it has achieved 100% successes to date. Once received, none of the extortionists
ever posted anything.

MAKE YOUR EMAIL AND SOCIAL ACCOUNTS PRIVATE AND

SECURE. It is advisable to change all the emails with which you came in contact, to make your
facebook and other social profiles as private as possible (read the guide "Social at the highest levels of
security" and above all to obscure the list of friends making it visible only to you ... and many other
important things that we will recommend in the assistance service. We do not recommend deactivating
Facebook because if a fake account is created with your name and surname, the only way to have it
removed immediately is to have your active account that proves your identity (if you have your
active account you can remove a fake profile in a few minutes , obviously if you report the incident
appropriately among the different options provided by the social network. If you do not have an active
account, the removal of a fake profile takes many hours ... and if there are no explicit nude images to
report even days). Furthermore, deactivating a social account if the extortionists have already read the list
of your contacts and relatives does not help you much... thanks to our advice provided in the assistance
packages we will tell you how to prevent your contacts from reading the messages of the extortionists.

ALWAYS LOCK. Block this person from msn, skype, facebook, hangout, whatsapp... and always report
them at each new contact attempt.

PROTECT YOUR CONTACTS. Warn your contacts but if you do it with a not very credible message
it will not be effective, as well as making them suspicious of what really happened Xvideos.com. 2020.
After

so many a years of experience we have come up with the perfect message to prevent your contacts from
opening extortionists' messages. Ask for information from our assistance service.

The "preparatory actions for our intervention" are reduced to just one:
taking time. We need to give ourselves time, just a few hours, to:

prepare all the complete monitoring services on the web (on google, the main social networks, video
channels such as youtube, blog platforms in particular the French ones used a lot by extortionists and the
search engines of adult sites)have you carry out or we perform for you all the operations necessary to
secure your accounts and prevent your contacts from opening messages from extortionists.

conclusion
As already mentioned, the draft law on bullying and cyberbullying is being discussed in Parliament,
which however provides for a wider regulatory intervention, the measures of which are mainly intended
to counteract repeated conduct - also through IT tools - aggressive or harassing to the detriment of a
victim capable of provoking anxiety, isolating or marginalizing them through the most varied acts (from
derision to blackmail). Among the novelties, the possibility is foreseen for the victim to ask the data
controller, the website or social media manager to obscure or remove the content disseminated within 48
hours, or - if this does not happen - by contacting the Guarantor of Privacy for an intervention within the
next 48 hours.

But it is not excluded that in the future Italian legislation will specifically take into consideration the
phenomenon of hard revenge, along the lines of what happened - inspired by the Anglo-Saxon systems -
with the introduction of the crime of stalking in 2009. On the other hand , specific attention would not be
inappropriate: 13% of young people between the ages of 14 and 19 (data from Skuola.net) already share
racy videos and photos on the Internet, and the growing spread of sexting could well multiply the
opportunities of hard blackmail for profit or revenge.
