Introduction:

In the world of globalization and fast moving era, technologies are

rapidly developing. However, when machines are meant to make our lives
easier, we tend to depend heavily on technology, especially with the access to
internet. Internet dependence are causing problems. One is how people will
turn to internet for happiness. Another course is that people will begin to
socialize less, hence effecting their psychological well-being. Excessive use of
the internet can cause serious detachment with reality in a person, which must
be overcome with a healthy approach.

Body 1: Main Point

- People cling on media entertainment and social content which lose their
focus with reality.

Body 2: Main Point

- One way to gain control when using internet is to acknowledge our
internet dependency.

Body 3: Main Point

- Socialize with people around you for a genuine connection.

Conclusion

While the internet allows an easy access to get information, it is

important for everyone to limit their internet usage. The internet content will
continue to develop and will not stop to serve us with unlimited dopamine hits.
By embracing the world around us, we will have a better view in life and have
more self-control on what we consume from the internet.
